Job Description
Job Title: BIM Engineer (Revit) Cleanroom & Pharma Projects
Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Experience Required: 4+ years
Salary Range: 7 10 LPA

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with strong proficiency in Revit, preferably with experience in pharma or cleanroom projects. However, candidates from any industry with solid Revit and BIM skills are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the execution of design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed 3D models using Revit for cleanroom, HVAC, or architectural systems
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers for design coordination
- Generate drawings, layouts, sections, and construction documents
- Participate in clash detection, issue resolution, and design reviews
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure models are up-to-date with project requirements
- Support design changes and construction updates as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with BIM and Revit
- Pharma/cleanroom experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Good understanding of HVAC, architecture, or industrial building systems
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
