Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Norbu The Montanna-IHCL SeleQtions located in Dharamshala. As an Assistant Manager HR, your roles would be to direct and manage the company's human resources activities. You would be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You would also be responsible for. training and supervising HR staff, managing employee relations, and overseeing the recruitment process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in human resources management Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Experience in training and supervising HR staff Experience in employee relations and employee engagement activities Demonstrated ability to communicate complex HR ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams Excellent time-management and organizational skills Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
