Job Description

Managing procurement activities involving planning scheduling and purchase execution of components && raw materials from various sources Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials with reduction in delivery time and improve consistency in quality Streamlining system and procedures for effective inventory control and ensuring ready availability of materials Meeting orders by implementing && monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing specifications of the materials and establishing quality && quantity limits for effective inventory control Ensuring seamless operations in Planning && scheduling of production && for all kinds of contracts services along with periodic evaluation Evaluating Manufacturers performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply Formulating && executing key procurement
strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies && plans are aligned with project requirements Budgeting for timely procurement of bulk raw materials for expansion projects Undertaking activities related to Periodic evaluation of vendors in terms of quality, service, price && minimum order acceptance quantity and maintaining source list for a particular material over a
period to have exhaustive list of potential vendors Development of long-term partnerships with l suppliers
