As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships. This role is primarily located in Belpur. Qualifications Customer Service. Representatives and Customer Support skills Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
