Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, catering to customer queries and concerns, and developing strong relationships with customers. The representative will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and support in managing various aspects of customer service. Qualifications Customer. Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Familiarity with CRM and other customer service technologies Prior experience in a customer service role Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
