Job Responsibilities
Responsible for calling the database assigned for client Activations.
Responsible for Renewal of Subscription Plan
Responsible for cross-selling and upsell
To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence.
Ensuring all trades are done with customer consent as per dealer conduct on recorded
lines.
Responsible for achieving set targets through effective activation and cross-selling.
Managing customer queries and providing end-to-end solutions to customers.
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Job Requirements
Should be certified with NISM series 8
Graduate/Postgraduate with min 1 year experience
Should have good communication & presentation skills.
Should have basic Word and Excel skills
May have good existing client relationships in the market.
Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
