Job Title GM - Freight Forwarding Job Location Gurgaon Role & responsibilities Position description: Responsible for Air Freight Import & Export Overseas / Agent Coordination Good knowledge for documentation and freight forwarding process. Knowledge about Invoicing (Billing) and costing. Coordinate with Pan India Vendors for Import & Export Shipments. Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Customs Clearance and delivery of the Cargo at the right time. Handling Urgent Shipment Follow-ups Handling all agencies at Cargo Complexes Checking debit / credit note of Overseas agent. . Preparing DSR and Monthly report of the shipments Primary Responsibilities: International Freight Forwarding Shipment Management Customs Duty Clearance Strong Agent Network Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to lead a team and handle pressure Required Knowledge: Candidates only from Freight Forwarding Industry Excellent oral & written communication. with good interpersonal skills. Must have good understanding of Operations. Experience in Supply Chain Industry, Experience in Express Cargo preferred Competency/ Skills Required Competencies: Strong Written and Spoken English Strong Communication Skills Additional Responsibilities: Team Handling Monthly Reports Qualification & Experience Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree MBA preferred 12+ years of experience
