AWS Devops Disaster Recovery @ ITC Infotech

Job Description:

Overall 6+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in AWS.

Good understanding of disaster recovery strategies in AWS.

Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery in AWS

Dev SecOps - Implementing uniform processes across the organization, supporting the adoption of continuous integration continuous delivery (CI/CD), security scanning and automating the building, packaging, testing, and deployment of applications. Understanding the current landscape, identifying gaps, and assisting in closing these gaps

Infrastructure - AWS Solution design of requirements working with domain architects, infrastructure teams, and developers. Capacity and utilization management of current infrastructure; compliance management

Releases - Ensuring all software development life cycle (SDLC) and Release processes are followed and take proactive actions as and when necessary

Team working Working collaboratively, as part of the scrum development team(s)

Contribute towards a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond. Share skills and knowledge in a wide range of topics relating to DevOps and software delivery

Design and implement automated security controls and testing tools to detect and prevent security vulnerabilities in our applications and infrastructure

Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle

Requirements Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm. Relevant experience in Microservices/API Development and deployment

Deep technical skills in at least one core language environment (e.g., Java, Python, Go, etc)

Experience in automation tools such as TeamCity/Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Helm

Experience with dev tooling tools such as Artifactory, Confluence, Jira

Experience with application development and multi-platform architectures

trong understanding of security principles and technologies, such as encryption, authentication, and network security
