Job Description
- In-depth understanding of Capital Markets: Financial instruments, trading platforms, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience with various #testingmethodologies: #Manualtesting, #Regression, #Smoke, #Sanity, #Automationtesting and #APItesting
- Proficiency in agile methodology and workflow, #AzureDevOps, and #Salesforce know-how
- Experience with test automation using #Cucumber and #Gherkin
- Knowledge of #TestAutomationFrameworks (Hybrid and Data-driven)
- Knowledge of databases and #SQL queries: Ability to write basic queries to extract test data or verify results. #TestingActivities:
- Design and execute test plans and strategies: Align testing activities with business requirements and project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive #testcases: Covering various functionalities, user journeys, and edge cases.
Execute #manual and #automated test cases: Identify, report, and track defects.
- Perform #performancetesting and #securitytesting: Ensure the system meets performance and #securitystandards.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements: Identify trends and suggest ways to optimize testing processes. #YourQualification: (Must Have )
- 5-6 years of experience as a #TestProfessional in #QualityAssurance
Expertise in the #ETLProcess
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing developments.
- Basic Business Understanding of #FinancialDataManagement - Reference data, Asset Managers, Corporate Actions - Desirable: expertise in any area of these or a combination would be a distinctive advantage
- Fluency in English & Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-assured approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including listening skills
- Proactive nature and a natural drive for problem-solving, Enthusiastic, committed, and result-oriented (Good to have)
#ISTQBcertification is a plus
- #CapitalMarketsDomain knowledge, preferably with BUY SIDE Firms and experience.
- Experience working with Reference Data Management setup and understanding various #assetclasses (#Equity, #Derivatives, and #FixedIncome etc.) and #Marketdata feeds (#Reuters, #Bloomberg, #MarkIT etc.
