Software Engineer.Senior II Lead (Angular 13) @ Akamai

As a Lead Senior II Software Engineer, x you will be responsible for:

• Developing frontend software for interacting with Akamais Infrastructure Security products
• Overseeing a team of software engineers to guide the technical execution of new rollouts, products, and features
• Providing guidance to team members and conducting reviews of design and technical features produced by the team
• Exercising ownership of projects by planning, setting goals, and outlining timelines for the team
• Creating yearly goals for the team and conducting regular performance reviews

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Be proficient with HTML5, CSS3, and client-side JavaScript
• Be proficient with building web applications using Angular (v13)
• Have experience with preprocessors and transpilers (such as Less for CSS, Babel for JS)
• Have experience with asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business
