Job Summary -
Lithium Urban Technology is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the management and coordination of transportation operations. The supervisor will ensure that all transportation activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage and coordinate all transportation activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing of vehicles and service providers.
- Monitor and track vehicle and driver performance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Lithium Urban Technology policies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and service providers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of transportation operations.
- Develop and maintain transportation schedules, logs, and other documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee transportation or logistics management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that transportation operations at Lithium Urban Technology run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, an excellent understanding of transportation regulations and policies, and be able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
