Job Description

JDA Software is looking for Lead Software Engineer (UI developer, React.js, Angularjs) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive UI solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Development:Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and AngularJS
• Implement and maintain reusable UI components to ensure consistency across applications
• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of front-end developers
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in UI development
• Architecture and Design:Collaborate with architects and other engineering teams to define and implement scalable UI architectures
• Drive the adoption of design patterns and coding standards for UI development
• Collaboration with Back-End Teams:Work closely with back-end developers to integrate UI components seamlessly with server-side logic
• Collaborate on API design and ensure efficient data flow between the front-end and back-end systems
• UI Performance Optimization:Identify and address performance bottlenecks in UI applications
• Optimize front-end code for speed and scalability
• Code Quality and Testing:Enforce code quality standards and ensure the implementation of robust testing strategies
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in overall testing efforts
• UI Technology Evaluation:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI development
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance UI development processes
• Agile/Scrum Collaboration:Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality UI solutions
