Job Description


 Design And Development
  •   Develop, test, and maintain software applications according to specifications in collaboration with the AI Architects, Machine Learning Engineers and CRM Development Team.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using appropriate programming languages and tools.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
  •  Collaboration
  •   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  •  Problem Solving
  •   Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  •  Continuous Improvement
  •   Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
  •  Documentation
  •   Create and maintain technical documentation for code, design, and development processes.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
  •  Testing And Quality Assurance
  •   Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  •  Deployment And Maintenance
  •   Assist in the deployment of software applications and ensure they run smoothly in production environments.
  • Conversant with design, build, and manage GitHub/GHEC CI/CD (Jenkins & Terraform) and accelerate software development and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and maintain software applications post-deployment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to the job.
  • Strong understanding of software development frameworks and tools (e.g., .NET, Spring, React, Angular).
  • Experience with database management systems, such as SQL, NoSQL, and familiarity with data modeling.
  • Experience in building scalable applications on Azure/AWS
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation, infrastructure management, and tool development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software security best practices and the ability to incorporate security considerations into the software development process.
