Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review business/software requirements and provide inputs.
- Designing test scenarios for automation and implementing test scripts using automated test tools.
- Ability to test on multiple devices like laptops and mobile devices.
- Execute tests (Automated). Report defects and assist in their understanding.
- Analyse test results and track software testing metrics.
- Prepare and present test reports.
- Performing various types of testing like functional, system integration, regression, and exploratory.
- Develop and execute performance tests to assess system performance, stability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine testing objectives, strategies, and success criteria.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams. Performs root cause analysis and drives issues to appropriate resolutions.
Qualifications
- Computer graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with web-based/mobile regression testing using Katalon Studio for Mobile and Desktop (Windows) Automation testing.
- Hands-on with Katalon scripts using JAVA.
- Hands on experience API testing using automation tools like JMeter .
- Knowledge of programming/ scripting language.
- Automating the design of a framework and implementing it as per the project
- Identifying and selecting the automation test cases
- Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy
- Proficiency in writing and good communication skill.
