Role : Java developer L4i
Who are we looking for?
A Java Developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise on Spring 4.X (multiple modules)
- Expertise on Hibernate 4.X
- Expertise on Restful and SOAP Web Services
- Expertise on Collections APIs
- Should have worked on Java Multi-threading.
- JavaScript Framework (like JQuery, AngularJS)
- Experience of complete SDLC
- Good knowledge of Software Design Principles
- Able to implement Design Patterns and Best Practices
- Knowledge on Continuous Integration
- Knowledge of various tools (for Code review, Performance Tuning, Memory optimisation, Static Code Analysis etc.)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to solve problems for the team along with owns work.
- Must be interested in learning and doing POCs as and when required.
- Should be able to contribute technically in decision making.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Understanding developing, testing and debugging code, designing interfaces, and administering systems and networks for PACE Module
- Interacting with allied teams (wherever required),
- Work, closely with Business Managers and Technical lead to understand project delivery expectations Analyze technologies, technical processes and / or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills :
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
