Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within a given timeline and budget. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in project management and be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in Vashi, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in project management Solid understanding of project management. methodologies and tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels Problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite PMP certification is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and allocate necessary resources Monitor project progress and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes or updates Identify and manage project risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Lead project meetings, provide regular status reports, and present project updates to senior management Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure successful project delivery Manage project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and project deliverables Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas of improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management
