Responsibilities Build strong client relationships; working closely with new and existing clients to identify their pain points and future needs Meet clients regularly in person & be a strategic, solution-oriented partner for them via email and phone as well Work with both clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate their projects from inception, driving & owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budgeting End-to-end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency Drive. and own PO utilization and organic growth of existing clients Ability to coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish Set and implement systems and processes for process improvements & operational efficiency Qualifications And Prerequisites you should at least have Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role & 3+ years of experience managing teams Good problem solver with a growth mindset & bias for action Be able to work in diverse and remote teams Excellent communication and time management skills Have good comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills
