Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, risk management, client relations, progress reporting, problem-solving, and contract management within the ready mix / construction industry. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Progress Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Problem. Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, making quick and effective decisions to keep projects on track. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contract terms, manage project budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferably in the ready-mix concrete. At least 15 years experience. Strong project planning and organizational skills. Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional client relationship management skills. Proficiency in progress reporting and project documentation.
