Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring healthcare staff, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients and candidates. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Experience Level: 6 Months to 2 Years (Fresher's are Welcome) Budget: 2.4 LPA to 5 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Best Incentives structure in the industry Night Shift allowances for Female Employee Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations, experience with applicant tracking systems, and certification in Human Resources or a related field
