Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter at BMS1 Solution. As a Healthcare Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will include staffing healthcare positions, managing the hiring process, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for healthcare roles. Qualifications . Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills Experience in managing the hiring process Excellent customer service and communication skills Must have expireance hiring an RN, LPN, and CNA. Ability to effectively interact with clients and candidates Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
