• The Senior Supervisor in Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing financial activities within the organization
• This role involves providing leadership to the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and contributing to strategic financial planning

• Team Leadership:Provide guidance and supervision to the finance team
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Financial Reporting:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and present findings to support decision-making
• Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with relevant departments to develop annual budgets
• Monitor budget performance and variance analysis
• Contribute to the development of financial forecasts
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Risk Management:Assess and mitigate financial risks
• Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
