Job Description

Ensure timely service delivery as per claims SLAs with internal & external service partners
Maintain TAT and quality of claims serviced inhouse and through service partners
Complete ownership of claim level transactions & managing claims adjudicators

Required Candidate profile

4-8 years' experience of handling claims adjudication in an insurance company
Experience of executing complex tasks and handling large claim volumes
