Position: Customer Service Executive (Domestic Process)

Location: Ghansoli MBP

Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 INR (In hand)

Employment Type: Full-time, Work From Office

Qualification: Minimum HSC Pass

Shift Timing: 7AM to 12AM (Any 9 Hours Rotational Shift with 1 Rotational Off)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
