• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Projects
• The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline
• The Assistant Manager, Projects will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the overall success of our organization

• Project Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals
• Budget and Resource Management:Assist in developing project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints
• Work closely with the finance department to track project costs and analyze variances
• Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Support team members in overcoming challenges and address any issues that may arise during project execution
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or feedback from stakeholders
• Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Risk Management:Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
• Proactively manage issues as they arise and escalate to senior management when necessary
