Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at CapTalent HR. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR consulting services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. or a related field 4 to 6 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role Proven experience in leading and managing a team In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in HR software and systems Certification in HR management is a plus Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Result-oriented and customer-centric mindset Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals Provide guidance and support to team members on complex HR issues Manage employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop customized solutions Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Build strong relationships with clients and promote client satisfaction Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and performance Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
