Job Title: Quality Engineer (QE) Automation & Manual Testing Experience: 2 to 4 Years Industry: E-commerce Employment Type: Full-time Openings: 1 Position Company Overview: Join a fast-paced, innovative product-based company in the E-commerce domain, dedicated to delivering seamless and high-quality digital experiences to millions of users globally. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust test cases for both manual and automation testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and technical implementations. Execute regression, functional, integration, and system tests to ensure product quality. Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar. Identify, document, and track bugs; work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage. Must-Have Skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in both Automation and Manual Testing. Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java/Python, or equivalent automation tools/languages. Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies. Clear understanding of API testing using Postman or equivalent. Exposure to e-commerce product workflows and customer journey testing. Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience working in a product-based company is a must. Good to Have: Experience with performance and security testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Understanding of database testing and writing SQL queries. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ,
