s and get Manpower Requisitions raised by concerned HODs on time. Source suitable candidates through various channels i.e. Job portals, social networks, and employee referrals basis the JDs within the agreed TAT and to present to HODs. Maintain Source mix Schedule and coordinate all rounds of interviews and gather interview feedback. Register all candidates on the ATS. Facilitate and complete selection and offer processing on time. Post offer engagement to Onboarding formalities To facilitate joining formalities and orientation on the day of joining as per Company Policy. To create and maintain profile inventory and talent pool in a systematic way. Responsible for. good candidate experience during selection and on boarding process. Responsible for good Hiring Managers experience during the hiring process. Stakeholder Management Regular reporting Maintain Recruitment TAT, as defined Adhere to Recruitment and related policies Responsible for Joiners percentage Desired Candidate: MBA (preferred) with Management or HR specializations. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience Minimum 2+ years of Insurance industry experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Should possess very good verbal and written communication skills Should be a good communicator Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset Should have good analytical and presentation skills Should have good negotiation skills Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team Should be self-driven and process oriented Working experience with Insurance Brokerage will be an added advantage
