Responsible for good Hiring Managers experience during the hiring process. Stakeholder Management Regular reporting Maintain Recruitment TAT, as defined Adhere to Recruitment and related policies Responsible for Joiners percentage Desired Candidate: MBA (preferred) with Management or HR specializations. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience Minimum 2+ years of Insurance industry experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Should possess very good verbal and written communication skills Should be a good communicator Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset Should have good analytical and presentation skills Should have good negotiation skills Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team Should be self-driven and process oriented Working experience with Insurance Brokerage will be an added advantage
