Assistant Manager - Accounts @ Envecon Global

Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and reliable Assistant Manager Accounts to lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage compliance, and support financial reporting across the company. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure timely bookkeeping, GST/TDS filings, and audit preparedness. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting entries and review books in Tally Prime Prepare GST workings, TDS filings, and coordinate with consultants for monthly returns Perform bank reconciliations, vendor/customer account reconciliations Maintain and verify ledgers, journals, and petty cash Assist in monthly MIS preparation and expense tracking Ensure timely closure of books and assist in statutory & internal audits Support finance automation processes and suggest improvements Qualifications 46 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or mid-sized company Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (mandatory) Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership,
