Business Development Manager- Online Bidder Key Responsibilities: Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and projects that align with our company's services and capabilities. Bid Management: Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotes to prospective clients. Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, offer solutions, and address any queries or concerns. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide accurate information for project estimation and development. Maintain Documentation: Keep records of all interactions with clients, bids submitted, and project details. Requirement: Strong understanding of IT services. and solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using online bidding platforms (e.g. Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr) and other digital marketing channels. Results-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets Qualifications: Must be a graduate Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT industry or a related field
