- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and analyse sales data.
- Establish and manage relationships with government, corporate, and key accounts.
- Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support as needed.
- Drive penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
- Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation solutions.
- Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems to track performance.
- Attend conferences, industry meetings, and events to stay updated on market trends.
- Handle proposals, agreements, contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Oversee dealer and stakeholder management to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage the overall sales process efficiently.
Should be comfortable for travelling.
