What you'll do: We are seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A & Accounting to support our team's next stage of expansion. This role calls for a highly effective individual capable of forward thinking, relentless execution and attention to detail. This individual will assume a pivotal role within the. company and will help build and manage the financial operations of Endor Labs" US entity. Key responsibilities will include: Help produce financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and provide financial analysis for strategic decision making. Collaborate with external accountants for annual reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform detailed analysis of profitability results, inputs and drivers. Develop model outputs and structure to aid investment and resource allocation decisions. Maintain accounting policies and procedures, implementing controls to mitigate risk. Analyze and help build complex financial models and reports to forecast and prepare for the future financial needs of the company. Oversee Accounts Payable to ensure that all organizational obligations are being monitored Various ad-hoc requests as required. What we're looking for 7+ years of experience, preferably including time at Big 4. Experience in financial analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, decision modeling, and understanding business profitability. Strong attention to detail. General urgency in execution and tendency toward action. Previous start-up, scale-up, or hyper-growth experience, ideally from an -in-house perspective.
