Preparation of Project Cost Sheets and their profitability analysis, Reconciliation of Budgets and actual costs and Receivables, Debtors and Land Advances Ageing Analysis. New Societies and Township Accounts writing, auditing and handover process. Opening LC for inland and foreign party & Bank Guarantees. Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual books of accounts. Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Domestic TP. Filling Form 3CA-CD ( Income tax Audit). Income Tax Assessment related work. Internal Audit ,DTP Audit & Cost Audit,DPT-3 : Prepare Data, Working, Schedule, Annexure (Requirement as per Statutory & Income Tax Auditors )
