ROLEDEFINITION:
Tour Sales & Operations Executives the one who is responsible for connecting with clients to understand their requirements regarding customized tours in India or International, Creating the itinerary and pricing, Coordinating with vendors, booking resources like hotels, transport, activities etc., managing backend tour operations, with a purpose of delivering value with accuracy and creating happiness for the travellers so that they repeat frequently & refer us to their close contacts.
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, vendor relations and customer retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
1) Sales - Client advising, Itinerary planning, Resources identification, Pricing, Negotiations etc.
2) Tour Resources Booking - Booking the finalized resources train / flight / transportation / accommodation / guides / activities etc.
3) Tour Coordination - Ensuring smooth coordination with the vendors and travellers pre-departure, on tour and post-tour
4) Exploring and building various tourre sources (Accommodations and various service providers / vendors) and new tour itineraries
5) Maintaining connections with travellers using Emails / Social Media / WhatsApp / Calls / Webinars etc.
