Job Skills:

Azure Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS provisioning & troubleshooting, ARM templates)

Microsoft 365 administration

PowerShell scripting (and other scripting knowledge: VB, Batch, etc.)

Azure AD (Conditional Access, Identity Mgmt)

Server Administration (Windows Server roles like ADDS, DNS, DHCP, IIS)

Network Troubleshooting (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, packet capture)

Backup & DR, MDM, Hybrid Environments

Automation experience (Azure Automation, Logic Apps)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Role:

The L3 Operations Consultant is a senior technical support role responsible for:

Escalation support (L3 level) in Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem IT systems.

Handling high-complexity tickets (including break-fix, automation, and operational tasks).

Acting as a technical advisor, helping optimize performance, security, and compliance.

Supporting implementations and onboarding for new customers.

Being part of an on-call rotation and potentially working off-hours.

Coaching and mentoring L1/L2 engineers.

Note:

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
work mode: work from office
