General Manager Planning and Construction

Job description

• Leading planning and execution functions with target of completing project(s) within defined cost, timelines, quality and safety standards
• Exploring various construction technologies, green building concepts, alternate building materials and implementing viable solutions in projects
• Preparation and review of project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis, cost analysis and budget based on agreed technical specifications and GFC drawings
• Tracking of project progress and avoiding / resolving deviations
• Review of project designs, drawings and technical reports
• Sourcing Procurement negotiation, contract award and execution / review

Skills Needed

BE /B.Tech. (Civil) from top rated institute with minimum 15+ year s experience in residential building projects at mid or top leadership level position

Should have knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and IS codes
