Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team management, extensive experience in field sales within the Delhi NCR region, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue generation. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Continuously monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas for improvement. and optimization. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services. Requirements Team Management Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in team management. Sales Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Field Sales in Delhi NCR : Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Delhi NCR market and extensive experience in field sales within the region. Revenue Generation : Prior experience in revenue generation is mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Office Location : Ready to work from our office located in Nehru Place, New Delhi. Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
