Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Thane for a Closing Team leader - Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of closing coordinators to ensure timely and efficient workflows, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and leading team meetings. Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in business, real estate, or related field 3+ years of experience in real estate, with a focus on closings Experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and solve problems quickly. and creatively Experience with technology and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRMs, digital signature software
