Monitor and analyze the performance of the advisory team, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Handle complex client inquiries and provide personalized market insights and recommendations. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of. team members. Stay compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring the ethical and legal conduct of advisory services. Qualifications MBA/M.Com in Finance or a related field from a reputable institution. Proven experience in stock, commodity, and currency market analysis and advisory services. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for market analysis. Adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering accurate and unbiased financial advice
