Job Vacancy for an Accountant with experience of 2 - 4 years in a reputable Digital Media Agency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of Income tax provisions-Portal and related compliances
• All day-to-day Accounting, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, monthly Bank reconciliation Statements, Invoices, etc. in Tally Prime
• Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C, and Balance Sheet, knowledge up to finalization of accounts
• Filing for GST & TDS
• Preparing details for income tax and GST scrutiny
• Assisting CA in all other account-related activities
• Coordinating and assisting the company secretary and legal team with different compliances
• Monitoring the investment portfolio of the company and recording accurately capital gains on shares and related entry transactions
• Manage all accounts payable-related activities, such as payments, invoice submissions, and AP reporting
• Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable/receivable process
• Ensure timely billing to the client in conjunction with Bank
• Accountable for monitoring the accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection from client
• Ensure all client invoicing and vendor invoice processing comply with the local taxation requirements
• Taking care of other Admin work
• Responsible for all issues relating to local invoicing taxation, agreements requirements, and laws
