What were looking for The Professional Services Engineer has a crucial role to the success of the company. Reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager he will work closely with Allots customers, peers, Product Management, Pre-sales, solution architecture and R&D. What you will do Perform installations and upgrades, as well and Interoperability Testing Packet capture analysis Prepare technical documents such as installation / Upgrade MOPs & Lo Stage systems offered to customers in the. lab to verify the required functionality Support our remote PS in customer lab while deploying Allots products at customer environments and execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos in customer environments (Lab & Production) What you should have 3+ years in implementation/deployment in telecommunications or network security companies Expert in Linux administration with strong hands-on experience Knowledge in networking and protocols Strong troubleshooting abilities in TCP/IP Advanced English Customer facing experience and Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent area of engineering study Willing and able to work nonregular hours Availability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time Advantages Experience with Cloud environments and Kubernetes CCNA certified Networking with hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls Cellular Packet Core networks knowledge Experience using Linux Bash and other scripting tools like awk and Perl Experience in VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter Experience providing service to Tier1 CSPs (Communications Service Providers
