WE ARE HIRING Designation :- Hardware and Networking Engineer : CCNA Location :- Thane, Maharashtra Salary :- 30,000 To 40,000 Per Month Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience :- 1 Year to 3 Years of Proven experience as a Hardware and Networking Engineer. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and networking infrastructure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, routers, switches, and other network devices. Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and managing firewalls, antivirus programs, and security protocols. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with IT and support teams to provide technical assistance and support. Conduct regular system upgrades and performance optimizations. Monitor network performance and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Maintain. documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and system changes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend hardware or software upgrades as needed. Participate in planning and implementing disaster recovery procedures. Other Qualifications: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and servers. Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
