Job Description

CVP (Cisco Voice Portal) Expertise:

• Development and modification of IVR applications using CVP Call Studio v8.5/9.0 and VXML.
• Designing complete call flows using Call Studio.
• Creating CVP Call Studio Java custom elements with Cisco provided CVP 9.0 (1) java API.
• Integration of CVP Call Studio applications with remotely hosted web services IVR.
• Integration with client WSDL using Eclipse IDE.
• Management of CVP call data through CVP stock reports without customization.
• Management of Cisco CVP platform & CVP call studio including java development of custom elements.

Database and Reporting Skills:

• Proficiency with SQL queries and MS SQL Server database.
• CVP reporting development using CUIC reporting tool for both ICM DB and CVP-DB.

Product Exposure:

• Mid-level understanding of Cisco UCCE, Cisco UCCX, and UCCH Product suite (CVP, VXML, Server, ICM).

Programming Skills:

• Mid-level knowledge of Core Java.
• VXML.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support CVP VXML Application programming, Call flow design, Scripting, and Complex routing changes on existing call flow on CVP.
• Manage Call Studio application for different projects related to CVP call flow.
• Troubleshoot complex routing issues on the CVP side.
• Assist and lead conversations in case of P1/P2 issues related to CVP.
