Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and foster loyalty.
  • Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to drive revenue while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns to support retention and build long-term trust.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not essential. (Freshers are also welcome.)
  • Bike and laptop are mandatory.
