The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates on the company website, managing digital campaigns across various channels, and analyzing data to optimize marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices Experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing Excellent. communication, collaboration, and project management skills Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus Experience using marketing automation software, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus
