Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Provide support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the services provided
Gather feedback from their customers, and analyse customer data to identify the best practices.
Establish Upsell, cross-selling, expansion and upgrades with the customers throughout their journey
Develop and manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve on-boarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the organization.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Minimize customer churn.
Aid in product design and product development.
