Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You should have a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies and be able to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Design and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build RESTful APIs with Express.js and Node.js.
• Create responsive, reusable UI components with React.js.
• Integrate backend services with front-end applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with database design and management (MongoDB).
• Understanding of deployment and cloud services (AWS, Heroku, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
