Application Support Respond to inquiries from our sales representatives in the pursuit of new specifications and orders. Generate selections, drawings and other technical information to support the sales representative in pursuing business. Determine feasibility and cost of performing special modifications to our equipment to satisfy customer requirements, and provide special price quotes to our field sales representatives. Gather competitive intelligence and industry information on an ongoing basis and disseminate to the appropriate parties within Mammoth. Submittals . Provide guidance to department order processing personnel for generation of submittal documents for approval by the appropriate authority in the field. Make revisions to submittal text document and drawings as necessary to reflect changes in project requirements. Review and respond to any mark-ups received on the submittal documents. Determine revised pricing, if necessary, due to changes resulting from submittal revisions Orders Provide guidance to department order processing personnel for generation of order write up document for distribution to BOM Engineering and Manufacturing. Review pricing as needed to support order processing personnel. Provide guidance to mechanical and electrical designers in generation of shop documents. Contact sales Representatives as required to obtain necessary information and approvals. Assist order personnel in generation of documentation for field supplied parts to be mounted at our factory. Assist order personnel in reconciling all financial data on each other, including list pricing, multiplier, freight, commission, outside items; with the customer purchase order. Education Qualification: Engineering degree (mechanical preferred) equivalent industry work experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. Technical Competence & Skills: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and operating system software. Working knowledge of AutoCAD software a plus.
