The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and finding opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst
Engage with potential leads to understand their project inquiries. Break down client requirements into detailed, manageable components.
Develop execution approaches and provide development estimates. For customizations on existing products, understand the product thoroughly before assessing the customization needs.
Prepare comprehensive product requirement documents, functional requirement documents, flow diagrams, and detailed execution plans. Address unique cases and potential challenges during execution.
Conduct requirement alignment calls with clients to ensure clear understanding and agreement on project scopes. Convert inquiries into confirmed clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Work closely with developers, breaking down requirements into tasks that are easy to understand and develop. Ensure smooth communication between clients and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project progress from lead status to completion, ensuring all requirements are met and clients are satisfied.
Handle projects from various industries, understanding different business and operational flows, and applying appropriate software development lifecycle practices.
Utilize tools like Miro, MS Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Excel, PowerPoint, and other wireframing and prototyping tools to enhance project documentation and communication.
Requirements for a Business Analyst Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and project estimation. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management techniques.
Familiarity with tools like Miro, MS Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Excel, PowerPoint, and other wireframing and prototyping tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in various programming languages (programming is not required, but understanding is essential).
Ability to handle projects from diverse industries and adapt to different business and operational flows.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in sales, business development, or related areas can be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers. Soft Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
