Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dentalkart's customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills 0 to 1 year of experience in handling customer service inquiries and complaints Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment . Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience in the dental industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Other Details Job Nature: Full-time role; Permanent. Work experience: 0 to 1 years Working days: Monday - Saturday Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm Job Location: Khasra No-714, Near Geetanjali Salon, Chhatarpur, New Delhi
