Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Jaipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, resolving customer concerns and complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The International Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer experience, and providing support to the. customers. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering customer experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers Fluency in English and one or more languages other than Hindi Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability Good time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field Perks and benefits Unlimited Incentives Bonus 15-20% hike UG/6month experience Grad/fresher 5.5 days wroking Cabs are available both ways for night shifts only provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to the Customers 100% customer service.
